The choker is made up of repeating square or diamond-shaped elements linked together. Each element features a central, possibly textured or patterned, square or diamond shape in a dark metal setting. Within this setting is a vibrant blue stone, likely a cabochon or a similar cut. Below each main element dangle several smaller elements: dark blue teardrop or leaf-shaped pieces and small, off-white or cream-colored beads, possibly pearls or faux pearls.
