Shipping Policy

Currently, our website services are available for domestic customers only.
Indian customers can pay using UPI, Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking during checkout.

All orders will be shipped within 1–3 working days from the date on which payment is received.
All domestic orders will be processed exclusively through our official website.

Delivery time for products is estimated to be 5–7 working days.
In case of courier delays, Niya Gallery is not responsible but we will follow up to ensure the parcel reaches you.
Customers are advised to track the parcel until it reaches the delivery address.
Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to collect the parcel.
Customers must fill out the complete delivery address including correct pin code and state details.
If a parcel is returned due to non-availability or non-reachability, customers will need to pay the standard re-shipping charges.
