Return and Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 48 hours of the delivery date.
  • Items must be in their original condition — unworn, undamaged, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
  • Sale items, personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: If the product you received is damaged, inform us within 48 hours of delivery. Email us at theniyagallery@gmail.com with your order number or WhatsApp us at +91-7760522700 with product pictures or an unboxing video.
  2. Packaging: Carefully pack the item(s) in the original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  3. Shipping: Ship the item(s) to our return address using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  4. Inspection: Upon receipt, we will inspect the returned item(s) to verify the condition.
  5. Refund or Exchange: If the return is approved, we will process the refund or exchange accordingly.
  6. Note: There is no exchange or return on offer products. We only replace damaged or missing products with the same design.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after receiving the returned item.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.

Exchanges

  • If the exchange item has a higher price, you will be required to pay the difference.
  • If the exchange item has a lower price, we will issue a refund for the difference.
